Job Overview:

Responsible for PLC programming, SCADA software development, and providing technical assistance. You will collaborate with clients to discuss operational control philosophy and processes while demonstrating proficiency in PLCs and SCADA systems from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, and GEIP. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of engineering documents, generating plant reports, and working on various projects related to district cooling plants, water pumping stations, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• PLC Programming and SCADA Software Development: Develop and implement PLC programs and SCADA software to control and monitor industrial processes efficiently.
• Technical Discussions and Coordination: Engage in technical discussions and coordination with clients to understand their requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
• Proficiency in PLCs & SCADA Systems: Demonstrate expertise in working with PLCs and SCADA systems from major manufacturers like Siemens, Allen Bradley, and GEIP.
• Engineering Document Preparation: Prepare essential engineering documents such as IO/Integration Lists, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Method Statements, and O&M Manuals.
• Plant Reporting: Utilize SQL, VB Scripting, and MS Access to generate comprehensive plant reports for efficient monitoring and decision-making.
• Communication Protocols: Familiarity with communication protocols like Profibus, Modbus, and Profinet, and good knowledge of ladder logic programming.
• HMI and SCADA Development: Skillfully develop HMI and SCADA screens tailored to specific applications and projects.
• Network Architecture and Module Selection: Prepare network architecture and select suitable modules for industrial applications based on project requirements.
• I/O Allocation and Termination: Design I/O allocation and termination lists, as well as prepare bill of materials for projects.
• Design Engineering Documents: Develop accurate and precise product designs adhering to recognized standards, company practices, policies, and procedures.
• Power Consumption and Heat Dissipation Calculation: Prepare design engineering documents such as power consumption and heat dissipation calculations, I/O lists, and material submittals as per project requirements.
• Handled Controllers & SCADA Systems: Experience in working with various controllers and SCADA systems, including Siemens S7300/S71200/TIA Portal/WinCC, GEIP Rx3i/Versamax/90-30/Cimplicity, and Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix/MicroLogix/FactoryTalk Studio/View.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
