Job Description
ChampionX has an immediate need for a Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions Analyst in Dubai. This role is responsible for providing an end to end analytics solution for Supply Chain operations. The BI Solutions Analyst is responsible for creating BI solutions & tools for the Supply Chain and Operations team based on business priorities and to generate insights to enable data driven decisions for the Supply Chain organization.

- Creating BI solutions & tools for the Supply Chain and Operations team based on business priorities and Generate insights to enable the data driver decisions for the business
- Understanding of Supply chain operation business processes & it’s systems to facilitate effective requirements gathering.
- Deliver cost effective, automated solutions to End users & executives by effective deployment process that includes adequate documentations and demonstration, training sessions.
- Establish strong working relationships with Supply chain stakeholder’s groups to manage their expectations
- Innovate and explore new technologies with relevance to BI and analytics, including proof of concepts, assessments and business case development
- Design flexible and scalable SC BI solutions that improve access to internal data by linking disparate systems through sustainable solution
- Develop data models necessary to analyze data in order to create screening, diagnostic and monitoring solutions.
- Responsible to integrate SC centric data from multiple systems, automating data processes, and IT systems within ChampionX and 3rd parties.
- Ensure BI solutions align with the enterprise digital architecture recommendation and standards.
- Ensure that standard architecture decisions are implemented consistently across Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and IT in order to support the business strategy. This includes researching, designing, developing, analyzing, and delivering SC solutions that are appropriate for the business and SC Digital strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams that include Corporate digital team, IT, Supply chain operations, Finance to transform the SC analytics maturity path.
- Integrate the external supplier data like supplier, freight carrier into Data lake models
- Train SC users on leverage the modern visual analytics techniques.
- Participate in data governance committee, leading implementation of data governance principles in data warehouse
- Analyze the technology environment internally and current industry practices. Evaluate and recommend technical solutions, including data integration options, to achieve best business outcome.
- Define best practices for data lineage, data pipeline across the board, meeting quality principles, regulatory compliance and business needs.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance.Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- Experience with data solutions such as PowerBi,SQL, Azure SQL Services, Data Lake etc.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations Supply chain, Manufacturing, Logistics etc..
- The ability to apply the functional knowledge to BI solutions
- Experience in leading and driving initiatives cross-functionally
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to broad audiences, story telling
- Strong Data analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong team and customer service focusPreferred Experience:
- ERP systems – SAP, JDA, Scheduling systems, added advantage
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies that include Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx, Data catalogue tools etc..
- Knowledge of service data and service-based businesses
- Experience with Project management and agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving orientation
- Passionate in understanding of current trends in infrastructure, security, networking and cloud-based delivery models
