J.P. Morgan provides to its clients a full range of commercial banking services. These services are provided to Banks, Non-bank Financial Institutions and Corporations. These services range from traditional corporate bank lending, capital markets sales to treasury and cash management services. These commercial banking services are delivered through the Investment Bank, Global Corporate Bank and Treasury & Securities Services businesses of J.P. Morgan.
In recent years J.P. Morgan has been expanding the geographic coverage of our commercial banking capabilities. This expansion reflects the increasingly global nature of our clients and the need to service those clients cross-border needs. The execution of full service commercial banking capabilities in Saudi Arabia is a central part of this international expansion plan.
Team Description
The Operations team includes the Back Office, Middle Office, Core Cash, Trade Operations, as well as Loan Operations teams. The team is fully operational in the Kingdom with all the relevant functions delivering the products and services, in compliance with the local regulations. The teams report to the Head of Operations.

The Operations Analyst candidate will be part of the Saudi Operations team. The scope of the responsibilities cover several lines of businesses and could be across branches. The role offers a successful candidate with an opportunity to work in a growing and high profile function within JPMorgan.
Key Responsibilities
Confirm all trades booked by traders are in accordance with local/JPM requirements.
Reconcile, investigate and resolve transaction/deal breaks
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth trade flow cycle
Process Islamic Murabaha transactions
Verify and ensure the full processing of trader deals in all systems
Handle extremely large value transactions to the strictest of deadlines
Support any regulatory, tax, compliance or audit requests on Operations processing
Create weekly, monthly, and ad hoc metrics and dashboards
Work closely with Product partners on new business initiatives & process improvements
Ensure the full execution of local currency payments/receivables through SARIE and foreign currency payments/receivables through SWIFT
Monitor payments/receivable queues and ensure no transactions are left pending overnight
Ensure full-compliance of operational controls, global corporate bank principles, corporate policies and local regulation
Actively participate in the testing phase of target processes and systems
Qualifications

You must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a financial institutions in operations/PnL reporting/product control/financial accounting/risk management role
You will have strong accounting background covering products such as Money Markets, FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Corporate Loans, as well as Fixed Income
You are comfortable in supporting multiple products, working under pressure, and prioritizing tasks
You have Strong analytical and quantitative skills
You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable in working with different support teams in order to resolve issues
You are comfortable in organizing and driving meetings and conference calls independently
You can demonstrate ownership & accountability
You will be a keen learner with drive, enthusiasm and ability to motivate others
You will have strong knowledge of excel
Fluent in English (written & spoken), Arabic would be a plus.
