About the role
Main responsibilities & tasks- Ensure the timely and quality completion of Customer ENEDIS project in France
- Control site survey documents, track errors, and get updates with French Field Partner support
- Control civil works task list, track errors, and get updates with French Field Partner support
- Control installation document reports (SharePoint Orange + Customer SharePoint), track errors, and get updates with French Field Partner support
- Support technically the Field engineers on implementation actions
- Ensure Purchase Orders are placed, service delivered, milestones recorded in tools as required, including trigger Orders reception
- Create purchase orders after checking the deliverables (Vsat installation) and ensure follow-up of the good orders with the various actor
- Understand Satellite equipment sparing policy and Repair & Return processes with our French Partner
- Track french 3rd parties service level (Lead Time to Intervene, LTC, MTTR)
- Follow up Satellite technologies
About you
Languages : fluent French, and English- Daily work will be in french, with french teams and documentation in french
- Strong technical knowledge on Satellite and telecom technologies
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 suite
- IP knowledge
- Hands on experience
- Ability to write technical documentation
- Autonomy and Initiative
- Team player
- Good interpersonal skills
Additional information
