As an

SAP UI/UX Consultant

at Accenture, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centric SAP solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experiences. You will assess the current state, capture high-level requirements, and define technology-enabled solutions that drive business value. As a subject matter expert, you will work independently, actively participate in team discussions, and provide innovative solutions to work-related challenges. Advanced proficiency in Integration Architecture is essential, with recommended expertise in Integration Management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver SAP UI/UX solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experiences. Act as a subject matter expert in Integration Architecture and Integration Management, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives with technology solutions. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster stakeholder engagement, and validate proposed solutions. Develop comprehensive documentation to support business processes, technology integration, and solution designs. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative solutions that enhance business performance and user experience. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment. Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. Ensure SAP UI/UX solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with best practices in design and usability.

Basic Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, or a related field. Minimum of [4 years] of experience in SAP UI/UX consulting, integration architecture, or solution design. Advanced proficiency in Integration Architecture. Strong understanding of Integration Management and its role in delivering business value. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing user-centric SAP solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience in facilitating workshops and developing detailed process and solution documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Certifications in SAP UI/UX, Integration Architecture, or related areas. Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and other SAP design tools and frameworks. Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management practices. * Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in SAP UI/UX implementations.
