Location : : We are seeking an SAP Technical Lead to manage the design, development, and delivery of SAP technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on hands-on ABAP Development and SAP Fiori Development. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design sessions, providing architecture guidance on custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces. Define and enforce SAP development standards, code quality, and maintain relevant documentation practices across the team. Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance SAP applications using ABAP, ABAP OO, Smart Forms, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, and User Exits. Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, conversions, and forms (RICEF objects). Build and maintain interfaces using RFC, Web Services, OData, and REST APIs. Debug and resolve complex technical issues across various SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, HCM, PM). Develop user interfaces with SAP UI5 framework. Connect frontend to backend data via OData services. Build applications following Fiori design principles. Maintenance and support of Standard and Custom Fiori applications. Utilize development tools like SAP Web IDE/BAS, deploy and debugged Fiori applications. Work on integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware platforms (e.g., CPI). Guide the implementation of enhancements in SAP S/4HANA environments including CDS views and AMDP. Provide L3 support and technical troubleshooting for complex incidents and change requests. Conduct code reviews and promote reusability and modularization of technical components. Qualifications and Experience: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field SAP certifications in ABAP or S/4HANA development are preferred Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and troubleshooting Proficient in RICEF development, performance tuning, and debugging complex programs Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and UI5 development Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including use of CDS views, AMDP, and SAP Fiori elements Familiarity with SAP integration technologies: RFC, BAPI, Web Services, and OData Knowledge of change and transport management, SAP Solution Manager is an advantage Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methods and use of DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Git, Azure DevOps) is a plus Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Seniority level
