The candidate will be responsible for Maintaining SAP S4 extended warehouse management system (S/4 HANA EWM), provide technical and functional support in SAP EWM resolve functional and technical issues identify recurring business pain points/issues and provide optimal resolutions in alignment with SAP best practice.

In addition, the candidate will have an opportunity to contribute to the on-going S/4 implementation program. Candidate would be tasked to review functional specification document, system configuration, developing testing scripts, and performing UN and SIT testing. Ideal candidate should be able to handle and manage the resolutions of all the support tickets raised by business users independently. Also candidate should be able to present the overall status of the tickets including the risk and issues involved to business on a weekly basis.

Roles & Responsibilities include:

• Candidate should have deep experience in SAP S4 EWM-TM module.

• Candidate should have experience in SAP EWM processes such as inbound processing, outbound processing, physical inventory, warehouse component staging to production area, automatic stock replenishment, internal warehouse stock movement.

• Candidate should be able to independently handle EWM-TM-SD S4H configurations e.g as flexible workflow setup for sales order, configuring pricing determination procedure , setting up EWM organizational structure element \xe2\x80\xa6etc.

• Configuration experience in setting up inbound and outbound process using POSC & LOSC

• Candidate must have experience in wave management, RF queue management, slotting & kitting, production staging with PMR.

• Knowledge in setting up warehouse management system for serialized and batch managed parts

• Candidate must have knowledge in MES integration with EWM including knowledge in EWM forms & labels related to inbound and outbound management processes.

• Candidate must have experience in EWM, knowledge in the integration of EWM-TM-SD-QM-MM.

• Candidate should have good understanding of the integration points across SAP modules specifically the integration points across EWM- TM-MM-IM-QM-PM-PP-SD.

• Candidate should be able to propose optimized solutions to resolve incidents and to address business pain points and reoccurring issues.

• Candidate should be able to independently complete UT, FUT and SIT testing for new configuration or enhancements.

• Candidate should be able to provide training to business users on newly implemented solutions/ enhancements.

• Candidate should be able to prepare functional design documents for identified custom objects and enhancements.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 SAP application management support in SCM EWM

• Experience in SAP S/4 transformation projects, template rollout projects, change management including cross functional knowledge in SAP supply chain modules.

• Hands on experience in SAP EWM including business knowledge in EWM processes

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in EWM functional support and SAP solution implementation

• Ability to perform EWM-TM-SD S/4 HANA configuration and customizing

• Good understanding of the integration points across SAP modules, specifically the integration points across EWM-TM-MM-IM-QM-PM-PP-FICO.

• Ideal candidate should be able to handle and manage the resolutions of all the support tickets raised by business users independently

• EDUCATION: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher, preferably in information science, engineering or other technical/ scientific disciplines
