We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

SAP Specialist

to join our Clients IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the

functional and technical implementation

of

SAP Business One

and other IT-related systems. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of

5 years of experience

in implementing SAP Business One and handling general IT-related tasks. The SAP Specialist will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end SAP system deployment, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Business One Implementation:

Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP Business One for various business processes such as finance, procurement, inventory, and sales.

Functional and Technical Support:

Provide both

functional and technical

support to users, helping them resolve issues related to SAP Business One, ensuring the system meets operational needs.

System Customization and Configuration:

Customize SAP Business One modules as per business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

User Training:

Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using SAP Business One and other related systems.

Integration and Data Migration:

Oversee the integration of SAP Business One with other IT systems and manage data migration tasks as required.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Perform troubleshooting on SAP Business One and related IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.

System Upgrades and Patches:

Assist with the regular maintenance, upgrades, and patches of the SAP Business One system and other IT systems to ensure they remain up to date and fully functional.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate system documentation, including configuration settings, troubleshooting steps, and user manuals.

Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with other IT professionals, departments, and external vendors to optimize system performance and implement improvements.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of

5 years of experience

in

SAP Business One

implementation (both functional and technical), including handling all stages from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

Technical Knowledge:

Solid understanding of both the

technical and functional

aspects of SAP Business One, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with third-party systems.

General IT Experience:

Proven experience in managing IT systems and infrastructures, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.

Skills:

+ Strong proficiency in SAP Business One modules (e.g., Financials, Inventory, Sales, etc.).
+ Experience in system integration, data migration, and system optimization.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. *

Certifications:

SAP Business One certification (desirable but not mandatory).
