About the Role


We are seeking an experienced

SAP Solution Architect (HCM)

to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP HCM solutions. The role requires strong expertise across SAP HCM modules, deep integration knowledge with

SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems

, and the ability to align technology with business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will drive

digital HR transformation

and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities



Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP HCM, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Talent modules. Define

architecture blueprints

and integration strategies across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into robust SAP HCM solutions. Provide technical leadership during implementations, upgrades, and migration projects. Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws). Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and client workshops as required. Provide

thought leadership

on emerging SAP HCM trends, tools, and innovations.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in

SAP HCM implementations

, with at least 3+ years as a

Solution Architect

. Strong expertise in SAP HCM core modules (Payroll, Time, PA, OM) and integration with

SuccessFactors

(Employee Central, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation). Experience with

SAP S/4HANA HCM

and migration/upgrade projects (highly desirable). Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance, and workforce regulations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. SAP certifications in HCM/SuccessFactors (preferred).
