Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 High-Level SAP Solution Design: Collaborate with the Lead SAP Solution Architect, Enterprise Architecture, and SAP Engineering teams and provide input on the design of SAP solutions to meet both functional and non-functional requirements while adhering to architecture principles and technology standards.

\xc2\xb7 System Integrator Guidance: Work closely with System Integrators to provide architecture and design guidance for the development, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions in accordance with product development and architectural standards.

\xc2\xb7 Functional Impact Assessment: Conduct functional impact assessments to identify interdependencies between products, value chains and projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the integration points and business processes.

\xc2\xb7 Functional Requirements: Support efforts to capture and address functional requirements, with a focus on optimisation, standardisation,and business strategy.

\xc2\xb7 Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with the QA and functional teams to advise on the design of test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing of SAP solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Documentation: Produce or oversee the collaboration with contributors to create the documentation required for submission to the Solution Design Approval Forum to obtain design approval.

\xc2\xb7 Risk Mitigation: Identify architecture-related risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage them until resolution.

\xc2\xb7 Integration and Analytics: Ensure that all integrations with SAP systems and reporting/analytics based on SAP data align with the target state and integration/data architecture transitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Comprehensive familiarity with a diverse range of SAP LoBs (supply chain management, finance management, customer experience, spend management, business network, human capital management) and industry solutions, with a particular focus on Automotive and/or Retail sectors.
• Differentiator: Experience in SAP IS-Auto industry solution, integrated with SAP Yard Logistics and SAP EWM, and particularly with its components such as VSS (by Proaxia), VMS, DBM, etc.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations or implementations.
• Good understanding of "SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition" architecture.
• Good understanding of integration technologies & platforms.
• Good understanding of cloud architectures.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong teamwork skills, with experience working collaboratively in an agile environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Essential: bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Nice to have: Relevant SAP Certifications.
• Nice to have: Other architecture certifications, e.g., TOGAF, BCS Architecture Practitioner.
• As an SAP Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Lead SAP Solution Architect in the design and implementation of SAP solutions. You will work within the SAP Solution Architecture team to ensure that SAP projects meet functional and non-functional requirements while aligning with architecture principles and technology standards. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance on the solution architecture design aspects of SAP solutions, including the SAP RISE transformation for corporate LoBs, and industry solutions like Automotive and Retail. You will contribute to the successful realisation of SAP projects and ensure that architectural standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
