. The consultant will play a key role in transitioning HR/HCM systems to the S/4HANA platform, aligning HR processes with modern SAP technologies and ensuring a smooth migration with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Work with project teams on configuration, testing, and training activities for SAP HCM migration to S/4HANA.
Conduct impact analysis for S/4HANA and implement corrective measures as needed.
Set up real-time data integration between
S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
.
Configure
Fiori
access, authorizations, and necessary role adjustments.
Manage HR data migration, ensuring consistency and data integrity.
Identify process improvement opportunities within HR and HCM functions.
Leverage deep knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll) to support users post-migration.
Collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition.
Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
Train end-users and develop documentation/user guides.
Coordinate with business teams to create and maintain learning materials.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in
SAP HCM - S/4HANA migration
(system planning, execution).
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll.
Experience in
data migration, data cleansing, data transformation
, and
HR ABAP
.
Hands-on experience with
Fiori enablement, configuration, and customization
.
Experience with
S/4HANA-HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central integration

Strong proficiency in
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
.
Completed at least
2 full end-to-end ECC ? S/4HANA migration projects
