Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • SAP S/4HANA Procurement Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation projects by conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP S/4HANA Procurement module, and overseeing the deployment of the system. Ensure that the implementation aligns with industry best practices and client\'s specific business needs.
  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Collaborate with clients to analyze existing procurement processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize procurement operations. Recommend and implement process re-engineering initiatives to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supplier collaboration.
  • Solution Design and Configuration: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP S/4HANA Procurement module accordingly. Customize the system to meet specific business needs and integrate with other SAP modules, such as Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Warehouse Management (WM).
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including business users, procurement managers, and executives, to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and build strong relationships. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as IT, finance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of procurement processes with broader business objectives.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to enable end-users to effectively utilize SAP S/4HANA Procurement functionalities. Create user documentation, deliver workshops, and provide ongoing support to ensure users can maximize the benefits of the system.
  • System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any system issues, bugs, or performance concerns related to SAP S/4HANA Procurement. Stay updated with the latest SAP releases, enhancements, and industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead a team of SAP consultants and coordinate their activities to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budget. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to junior consultants.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10 plus years of experience as an SAP consultant, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Procurement module.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Procurement module, including its functionalities, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and mentor junior consultants.
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules (SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Materials Management) are preferred.
  • Familiarity with other procurement software and technologies, such as Ariba is a plus.
