JOB DESCRIPTION is mentioned below.
Responsibilities

• Expertise in end-to-end Finance Process (record to report) covering three or more of the following areas: Finance 2.0, business planning, organization design, treasury, funds management, chart of accounts/Cost centre structure/Profit centre design.
• Ability to deliver the integrated viewpoint and detailed solution on finance touchpoints with manufacturing modules, viz. PP, PS, TM, IBP etc.
• Ability to contribute to finance process optimization and system automation in general
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for clients and management is an essential part of the role.
• Drive the design workshops with client for the implementation of SAP FICO, BPC, Funds Mgmt, and Treasury management modules
• Understanding of tools / levers / strategic finance concepts
• Entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking and passion for planning would drive this role.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for clients and management is an essential part of the role.

Technical:
Candidate should have SAP business process expertise.
Candidate should have knowledge of the Defense/manufacturing/aviation industry.
Candidate should have experience in process design and process improvement leveraging SAP Best Practices.
Strong Knowledge & Experience of 3-4 functional areas within SAP S/4HANA Finance - FI / Costing / TRM / GR / BPC / FM / Compliance Reporting / ICMR / RE-FX / Disclosure Management (S/4Finance preferred).
R2R Lead in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required.
Candidate should have Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to SD, MM, HCM, PM, IBP, TM, LE, SCM (EWM) etc.
General ledger periodic closing expertise is needed.
Experience with all aspects of financial and management accounting within an ERP system, including SAP reporting.
Knowledge of best practices in Enterprise Structures and Accountability Frameworks, this includes Chart of Accounts, Profit Centres, Cost Centres, Activity Types etc.
Operational Tasks:
Lead the functional weekly governance meeting and present the overall status of the track including the risk and issues involved
Develop the new business processes
Develop the blueprint documents
Participate UAT
Participate in the data migration activities
Conduct the business training to the end users
