Position: SAP PMO

Experience: 6-10 years (SAP experience) Notice Period: Immediate* Job Location: Dubai onsite Role: Consultant Employment Type: Contract (long term)

Support and assist Project Manager in key tasks related to project delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Project is mandatory. Develop and maintain project plans and artifacts using established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. Assist Project Manager in defining and refining project scope with project teams. Perform PMO duties throughout the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing. Monitor and report on resource management, risks, and bottlenecks. Build and maintain productive relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and clients. Maintain best practices in project management, control practices, and document status and strategic outcomes. Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify improvement areas. Minimum 5 years of SAP implementation/support experience, including S/4HANA. At least 3 years in PMO activities supporting project financials, resource coordination, and governance. Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Proven experience in Project Management Office roles. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Leadership in cross-functional teams. Adaptability in dynamic environments, especially during system cutovers or go-lives.
