This position requires the candidate's physical presence in Saudi Arabia. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available at this time. The selected candidate should be able to relocate and start within one month from offer acceptance.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP MM - Fieldglass Consultant with over 10 years of experience, including at least 1-2 full-cycle SAP Fieldglass implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in contingent workforce management and strong integration experience across SAP platforms.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP Fieldglass implementations and configurations. Manage Contingent Workforce, Worker Profiles, and SOW lifecycle. Administer Fieldglass Console and configure Master Data, Rate Structures, and Connectors. Utilize Reporting Module and Configuration Manager for analytics and system setup. Integrate Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors. Test and support Contingent, SOW, and Profile Worker modules. Provide Level 2/3 support and incident management for SAP Fieldglass. Drive continuous service improvements, automation, and process enhancements.

Requirements:

Professional Experience:

10+ years of experience in SAP MM and SAP Fieldglass. Proven track record of at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations. Strong understanding of Contingent Workforce and SOW management. Hands-on experience with Fieldglass Administrative Console, Reporting Module, and Configuration Manager. Integration experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

SAP Fieldglass certification. Experience working in Agile environments. * Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
