We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will play a leadership role in global SAP transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as the go-to expert for financial processes and system optimization. Job Summary : We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will play a leadership role in global SAP transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as the go-to expert for financial processes and system optimization. Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Translate complex business requirements into SAP FICO solutions. Configure SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA). Collaborate with cross-functional modules (MM, SD, PS, HCM, PP) for integrated business process design. Manage client relationships and work with business stakeholders for process alignment and improvements. Coordinate and mentor a team of SAP consultants (onsite / offshore) for project execution. Drive month-end / year-end closing activities and ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP standards. Prepare and review functional specs for custom developments, reports, and enhancements. Ensure system integrity and data consistency through testing and validation activities. Lead user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation processes.
