Overview

Analyze organizational processes and design technical solutions aligned with the business model. Collaborate on continuous improvement and process modernization initiatives, with experience in S/4 HANA implementations. Identify functional and technical requirements alongside multiple teams and stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, map current and future processes, and generate valuable documentation. Provide technical support and training to end users, promoting the adoption of solutions. Guide the team in technology definitions, architecture, and best practices for SAP development and configuration. Collaborate closely with platform, technical, and operational teams. Participate in sprint planning, effort estimations, and iterative value deliveries. Document technical standards, transmit knowledge, and ensure product scalability. Support in the identification of improvements, evolution proposals, and technical feasibility of new solutions.

Job Requirements

Advanced experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Functional Technical Leader. Technical knowledge in SAP development, customizing, transport orders, and S/4HANA. Solid experience in SAP FI Taxes (FI - AP/AR). Experience in SAP FSCM - Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) is an advantage. More than 4 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations. Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences. Collaborative, proactive profile, focused on teamwork and results-oriented.
