The Role

We are delivering a large SAP S/4HANA implementation and entering a critical phase of the programme. We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to take ownership of the data migration workstream through the remaining mock cycles and go-live. DISCLAIMER: This role is strictly confidential. Requirements

Key Responsibilities o Take end-to-end ownership of the SAP S/4HANA data migration workstream o Review and stabilise existing migration approach, mappings, and transformation rules o Lead and coordinate remaining mock migration cycles and final cutover activities o Work closely with internal teams, business data owners, and the implementation partner o Ensure completeness and quality of: o Data mappings o Transformation logic o Load templates and sequencing o Reconciliation and validation processes o Manage migration tooling (SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LTMC, or equivalent) o Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and drive resolution o Establish and run data migration governance (status reporting, issue tracking, escalation) o Support cutover planning and execution o Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer are complete and audit-ready Required Experience o 8+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on data migration o Proven delivery of at least 2 full SAP S/4HANA migrations (greenfield or major conversion) o Deep understanding of SAP master and transactional data objects, including: o Business Partner (Customer/Vendor) o Material Master o GL balances o Open AR/AP items o Inventory o Open POs/SOs o Strong hands-on experience with: o SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (preferred) o SAP BODS / LTMC / LSMW (as applicable) o Experience running multiple mock loads and final cutover migrations o Ability to work confidently with business stakeholders and senior programme leadership o Strong problem-solving, structured, and documentation skills o Prior experience working in the Middle East / UAE o Experience working alongside global system integrators o Understanding of SAP data governance / MDG concepts Nice to Have o Automotive, industrial, or complex enterprise landscape experience Important Candidates must have personally led and executed SAP S/4HANA data migration activities. This role is not suitable for general SAP functional consultants with limited migration exposure.
