Based in Dubai, this is a business-facing role combining team leadership, delivery oversight, and support for presales and business development. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team delivering SAP data migration workstreams across several client programmes.
Oversee planning, execution, and quality assurance of complex SAP data migrations.
Engage with client stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals.
Contribute to presales activities, including solutioning and proposal support.
Ensure consistent delivery standards and promote best practices across the team. Requirements:
10+ years of SAP delivery experience, with a strong focus on data migration.
Proven track record managing teams across multiple programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in presales or client-facing solution work is a plus.
Middle East experience desirable; fluent English required
