Job Description

What is expected from you?

• Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to come up with required Configuration and Development items
• Configuration of SAP system to support business requirements using Web UI Configuration tool set
• Develop custom applications enhance standard CRM components by leveraging CRM Web UI frame work concept and SAP CRM related tools such as Application Enhancement tool and Component development workbench
• Develop and utilize test plans and tools to ensure programs are thoroughly tested before they are installed
• By understanding the overall flow of the business supported, is responsible for specific application areas and applies that knowledge to assigned projects
• Provide support to troubleshoot production support issues that arise from both technical and functional issues
• Creates technical specifications for ABAP development
• Supports all phases of projects and assignments, in whole or in part, with problem solving abilities, analytical skills and strategic knowledge to create impact on organization
• Relates to management and employees as a "thought leader" with a strong client satisfaction orientation
• Leads or participates in project teams to meet objectives

What is expected from you?

• 3 to 5 years of relevant, hands-on experience in the SAP CRM either in a consulting role or as part of a leading company in the Sales, Marketing or Services industry
• Experiences in implementation projects, requirements taking, SAP CRM configurations, testing and start-up support
• Has direct operational or previous systems/process expertise in the areas supported
• Experience in IPC routines would be appreciatedShould have minimum working experience of 2-3 years in OOPs
• Bachelor's degree
