Job Description
SAP Support Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4 Hana.
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years
of proven experience inimplementing and supporting SAP S/4 Hana
solutions._
Key Responsibilities:
_Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Understanding business needs and translating them intoSAP S/4 Hana
system requirements.Solution Design and Configuration:
Designing and configuring SAP modules (e.g., finance, sales, inventory) to meet specific client needs.Implementation and Deployment:
Setting up and deploying SAP solutions, including data migration and system testing.Training and Support:
Providing end-user training and ongoing support to staff onSAP S/4 Hana
functionalities.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Identifying and resolving issues related to the SAP system, collaborating with technical teams when necessary.System Optimization:
Continuously improving business processes and system functionality based on needs and system updates.Documentation:
Creating and maintaining documentation forSAP S/4 Hana
implementations, including functional specifications and user manuals.Collaboration:
Working with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Hana functionalities, including various modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory).
Functional Expertise:
Knowledge of business processes and how they can be mapped toSAP S/4 Hana
.*Consulting Skills:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Project Management:
Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.SAP S/4 Hana Certification preferred.
