Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks.
Manage accounts payable, receivable and payments.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Handle VAT filings and compliance with financial regulations.
Keep track of utility bill payments.
Assist in monthly, quarterly closing activities.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
Maintain employee records.
Handle emails and document filing.
Assist in HR activities.
Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Keep track of document expiry and renewals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

SAP Consultant - Finance, Techno & Functional: 6 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
SAP Business By Design certification (Preferred)
