Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and versatile SAP Consultants with 3-5 years of hands-on experience across various SAP modules to support our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional and/or technical understanding of key SAP modules and the ability to work independently in both onshore and offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in end-to-end SAP project lifecycles including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Work on multiple SAP modules including but not limited to:

SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)

SAP MM (Materials Management)

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

SAP PP (Production Planning)

SAP HCM (Human Capital Management)

SAP ABAP (for technical consultants)

SAP Basis, PI/PO, and Security

Collaborate with business users, functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across modules. Support integration with third-party systems and ensure data consistency. Prepare documentation, test cases, and end-user training materials. Work in an agile or waterfall delivery model depending on project requirements.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across geographies (onshore and offshore teams).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline. 3-5 years of hands-on SAP experience in one or more modules (functional or technical). Strong understanding of SAP architecture and cross-module integration. Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects. Ability to analyze business requirements and map them to SAP solutions. Good communication and client-facing skills. Flexible to work in onshore/offshore model and across different time zones if required.
