About the role:
We are looking for an SAP Business Process Team Lead.

You are responsible to lead a team that provides Project, Business and Development support to SAP Supply Chain, supporting applications and working on technology related projects to facilitate efficient operations and to optimize existing processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead a team responsible for building & improving our Supply Chain SAP End to End processes in a fast dynamic environment.
• Support the region\'s growth through business case preparations ensuring different stakeholders\' alignment to the proposed IT system development.
• Providing high level support and coordination for SAP, Global - Local applications and systems ensuring a high level of responsiveness and satisfaction
• Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts by providing guidance, expertise and support on SAP and Global applications like GLS, MES as well as Local applications like WM6, PackSize, ADA.
• Maintain the team\'s work Log and manage Tickets for SAP support and Global and Local applications to remediate disturbances in the day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT leads on issue resolution & required alignments ensuring timely implementation.
• Manage SAP Users Requests & support on creating priority logs for the region IT development requests.
• Providing expertise to confirm/develop business requirement definitions.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing reported problems and working to understand and correct problems as well as recommending workarounds
• Lead the team to support on creating and maintaining all required technical documentation.
• Lead the team to ensure unit and formal testing, communicate testing results to Corporate IT.
• Lead the team to capture, define and translate Business requirements.

What are we looking for in you?

• Education level: HBO level or MBO and a minimum of 10 years in SAP business process experience
• SAP Warehouse Management knowledge is a must and EWM is a plus; current process and system knowledge is an asset.
• Experience as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting various SAP modules.
• Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
• Experience in facilitating the change processes
• Good written and oral communication skills in English. Knowledge of other European languages is an asset
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and willingness to learn additional software programs
• Pro-active, self-reliant and an effective team player who takes initiative and is creative in finding solutions/ solving problems
• Motivated, flexible, accurate and critical and able to work independently
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional, global environment
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• International mindset and resistance to stress
