Zaffron Cup is hiring a Sandwich Master with hands-on experience in preparing sandwiches, wraps and quick bites for a restaurant/cafe setup. The ideal candidate should know basic sandwich preparation, portioning, hygiene and speed of service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare sandwiches, subs, wraps and related items according to standard recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
Follow portion control and quality standards
Support kitchen team with daily prep (cutting, sauces, fillings etc.)
Maintain hygiene & follow food safety rules
Requirements:
1-2 years experience as a Sandwich Maker in a cafe/restaurant
Basic knowledge of sandwich fillings, sauces & assembly
Ability to work with speed and consistency
Good hygiene, discipline & teamwork skills
