Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items following standard recipes. Make fresh juices, smoothies, and beverages to order. Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep area, and equipment. Handle food safely and comply with hygiene and health regulations. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift. Take customer orders politely and efficiently (if required).
Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation, cafe, or juice bar preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
