Job Summary: As the Sales Manager, you will report to the Multi Branch Salon Operations Manager. You will be responsible for driving revenue in the Grand Flora Beauty Salon and Spa. You will lead a dedicated salon sales team, implement strategic initiatives, and foster strong client relationship and foster strong client relationships to enhance the salons profitability and market presence. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. \xc2\xb7 Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions as needed. \xc2\xb7 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with salon sales team and floor management team. \xc2\xb7 Ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld. \xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling salon services and products. \xc2\xb7 Product Knowledge: Stay updated on salon products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients. \xc2\xb7 Train sales staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques. \xc2\xb7 Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Utilize findings to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead in the market. \xc2\xb7 Reporting: Generate regular sales reports for management review. \xc2\xb7 Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data. Soft Skills: \xc2\xb7 Leadership Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to steer the staff towards the achievement of a specific goal \xc2\xb7 Communication Skills\xe2\x80\x94 Excellent verbal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work \xe2\x80\x94 Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work. \xc2\xb7 Interpersonal Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to communicate and interact well with other people. Technical Skills: \xc2\xb7 Salon Management CRM system \xe2\x80\x94Zenoti Software \xc2\xb7 MS Office Software proficiency (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) \xc2\xb7 Video conferencing software \xe2\x80\x94 Zoom Supervisory: \xc2\xb7 Providing guidance, direction and motivation to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. Education/Qualification: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years working experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the salon or beauty industry.
  • Certification in cosmetology, make up artistry and hairstyling or a related field is advantageous.
\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of salon products and services. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. \xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies. \xc2\xb7 Budgeting and financial management skills.
