Job Description

Mira Salon is hiring a new Receptionist to join their team at Art of Living Mall in AL Barsha.

Requirements:

- Must have salon experience and be skilled in using the

Freshabookingsystem

.

- Handle client bookings, walk-ins, and appointment management efficiently.

- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and in-person client queries.

- Oversee the reception area - maintain cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.

- Handle product purchases, stock tracking, and inventory updates.

- Place timely orders for grooming products and supplies.

- Record daily sales, monitor staff schedules, and support salon operations.

- Assist in marketing, customer retention activities, and client feedback collection.

Job Type: Full-time
