We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused
Beauty Salon Receptionist (Female)
to be the first point of contact for our clients. She will manage front-desk operations, handle bookings, and ensure excellent client service while supporting the smooth running of the salon.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Welcome clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails professionally.
Manage client appointments, schedules, and walk-ins efficiently.
Customer Service
Provide information about salon services, prices, and promotions.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints politely.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks
Process payments (cash, card, online).
Maintain accurate client records and update salon management software.
Assist with daily reports, sales tracking, and receptionist paperwork.
Salon Support
Coordinate with beauticians and staff regarding appointments.
Assist in promoting products and services to clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
Requirements
Female, with prior experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (preferably in a salon/spa/hospitality setting).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and friendly personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills and experience with salon booking systems (preferred).
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in hospitality/beauty field preferred).
Minimum
1-2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
