Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and SM platforms respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Manage client bookings, and rescheduling using the salon's appointment system.
Provide information on salon services, promotions, and products.
Handle client complaints or concerns politely and direct them to the manager if necessary.
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
Maintain a neat, welcoming, and organized reception area.
Ensure all appointment records are accurate and up to date.
Process client payments (cash, card, or online) and issue receipts.
Maintain records of daily sales, appointments, and client details.
Assist with inventory monitoring and coordinate with staff for product restocking.
Team & Operational Support
Communicate appointment schedules to stylists and therapists.
Coordinate walk-in clients with available staff.
Support the manager with administrative tasks as required.
Ensure salon policies and procedures are followed at the reception area.
Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in appointment booking systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Work Conditions
Full-time position with flexible shifts (weekends and evenings may be required).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
