Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and professionally.
Manage appointments, bookings, and cancellations using
Fresha
.
Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
Upsell salon services and retail products
to clients.
Help meet salon targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Support stylists and staff with day-to-day operational tasks.
Assist with
social media posts
and client engagement online.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and stylists.
Requirements:
Previous receptionist or front-desk experience in a salon or hospitality environment preferred.
Proficient in Fresha booking system is a must.
Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Experience or willingness to assist with social media content/posts.
Friendly, professional, and client-oriented personality.
Female candidates only.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
