Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Call Center Duties:
Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Schedule appointments accurately using the salon booking system
Confirm and follow up on bookings and client reminders
Handle client complaints or concerns calmly and efficiently
Promote services, packages, and ongoing offers
Inventory & Administrative Duties:
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of salon products and supplies
Receive and log inventory deliveries
Coordinate with suppliers as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception and product display areas
Assist with daily reporting and basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in a salon, spa, or customer service role preferred
Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Basic computer skills and experience with POS or salon booking software
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skil
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
