Create and manage bookings through the
ERP system
, ensuring accuracy of services, technician assignment, and time slots.
Provide pricing information and package/offer details to clients.
Follow up with clients for booking confirmations, reminders, and post-service feedback.
Handle complaints or issues promptly, escalating when necessary, while maintaining a service-first approach;
Skills & Competencies Required
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus).
Strong customer-first attitude with a luxury service approach.
Ability to handle high-volume WhatsApp chats while keeping responses accurate and timely.
Tech-savvy: comfortable with ERP systems, WhatsApp Business tools, and booking software.
Multi-tasking and organizational skills to handle both online customer service and in-person reception (if needed).
Calm, solution-oriented, and professional under pressure.
