Key Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming and professional front-desk environment.
Manage client bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using salon software (e.g., Fresha, Mindbody, etc.).
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and respond to client inquiries promptly and politely.
Coordinate appointment schedules and optimize daily booking flow.
Confirm appointments and manage client reminders.
Handle payments (cash, card, and online) and issue receipts accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Upsell services, promotions, and retail products when appropriate.
Track and maintain client records and ensure all client information is kept confidential.
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in a
receptionist or front desk role within a salon or spa
in the UAE.
Proficiency in salon booking systems and customer service best practices.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional at all times.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of salon services, treatments, and beauty products is an advantage.
Must have a valid UAE residency or work permit.
