Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using salon booking software
Manage the front desk and maintain cleanliness of reception area
Process payments and handle retail product sales
Confirm appointments and assist with stylist schedules
Maintain client records and update information as needed
Support the salon team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience as a salon receptionist is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
