Job Summary:
Bad and Boujee Hair Lounge is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our salon, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate should have previous receptionist experience, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the salon.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist clients with inquiries and requests.
- Manage the salon's appointment booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide information to clients about salon services, promotions, and pricing.
- Process client payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Manage and organize client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist stylists in coordinating client services and appointments.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Stay updated on salon services, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:
- Knowledgeable on Fresha System
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using salon management software and computer skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of salon services and products is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
