Appointment Scheduling
: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage online bookings for appointments. Confirm client appointments and assist with rescheduling or cancellations.
Billing & Payment
: Process payments for services rendered, including managing cash, credit card transactions, and keeping records of all transactions.
Product Sales
: Promote and sell salon products, including shampoos, conditioners, and styling tools, ensuring the salon's retail goals are met.
Salon Organization
: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, product displays).
Client Records
: Maintain client records, including personal details, preferences, and services provided. Ensure these records are up-to-date and confidential.
Collaboration
: Work with the salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, and other team members, to ensure efficient operation and exceptional customer experiences.
General Administration
: Assist with inventory management, keep track of stock levels for products and supplies, and notify the manager when stock is running low.
Handling Complaints
: Address any client complaints professionally and work to resolve issues in a positive manner.
