We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused

Salon Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our Ladies Salon. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of customer service, hygiene, and salon presentation while leading and motivating the team to achieve business goals.

Location: Marina, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists. Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction. Handle client complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring quick resolution. Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering of beauty products, tools, and supplies. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales and customer retention. Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Track daily sales, prepare reports, and meet monthly revenue targets. Conduct regular staff meetings and training to enhance team performance and skills. Ensure smooth day-to-day salon operations and uphold the brand's image.

Job Requirements (JR):

Education:

Diploma or certification in Beauty Management, Cosmetology, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in a salon management or supervisory role within a ladies salon.

Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Good knowledge of salon products, treatments, and beauty trends. Sales and marketing awareness to drive business growth. Proficient in handling POS systems, bookings, and inventory control.

Personality:

Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor.

Languages:

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Availability:

Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays. More prefer for immediate joiner.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
