Supervise, support, and motivate a team of stylists and front desk staff to ensure high performance and excellent client experiences
Manage appointment scheduling, staff shifts, and ensure proper coverage during peak hours
Monitor and drive sales, service performance, and customer satisfaction metrics
Handle inventory management, product ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain adequate stock levels
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members while providing continuous development for current staff
Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly to maintain a positive reputation
Enforce cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the salon
Develop and implement promotions, events, and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as a salon manager or similar role in the beauty industry
Strong understanding of salon services, operations, and customer expectations
Leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with salon software systems and scheduling tools
