Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Salon Manager to oversee all operations of our salon in order to ensure success in terms of customer satisfaction, profitability and safety. As a Salon Manager, you will be in charge of hiring and training. You are responsible as well in supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, and keeping updated records of expenses, sales/revenues.

• Maintain a very strong clientele while managing the salon.
• Manage the daily operations of the salon including payroll, inventory control, customer appointments, and other related salon operations
• Assist in managing financial aspects of the cosmetology business including price setting, monthly expense budgeting, and inventory.
• Inventory control, scheduling and payroll responsibilities.
• Ensure consistent and cost effective administration of company policies, and company procedures.
• Assist technicians with any computer scheduling issues and demonstrate new features of scheduling software and POS system.
• Implement a new booking system that integrate online and in-person appointment booking with POS and record-keeping software.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through personal communication with clients and staff.
• Coordinate subordinate work assignments and review work to assure accuracy, completeness and compliance with establish standards, requirements and procedures.
• Demonstrate expertise in setting up and decorating retail area and treatment rooms.

• Coordinate facility and salon schedules to maximize business efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Female, Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge A PLUS
• A valid cosmetology license would be a plus
• Proficiency with salon management software
• Extensive knowledge of the salon industry
• Exceptional charm to customers
• Excellent and brilliant personality

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
