Are you up for a challenge? We're looking for a salon manager, ideally with a hairdressing background, to oversee the day-to-day operation You will also be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring all targets are met, staff recruitment, staff schedules, and any staff issues, compliance of all health and safety policies, organizing staff training, providing the Salon Brand guidelines are followed, dealing with clients and any complaints. Salon Manager Responsibilities:

• Providing all services offered by the salon, which includes hair cutting and styling as well as hair removal and beauty treatments.
• Reaching monthly targets and pushing up the sales.
• Preparing work schedules for salon staff.
• Setting goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance, and providing training and overall guidance.
• Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed.
• Creating and distributing promotional material to attract new clients.
• Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behavior.
• Processing clients' payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
