We are now recruiting for a driven, experienced leader who has the skills needed to grow our pioneering Motor City salon and develop our amazing team of stylists, technicians, beauticians and support staff within the business. POSITION: Salon Manager REPORTING TO: HR & Retail Manager : Role Purpose The Salon Manager is responsible to mentor and develop the talented staff and to build and grow a successful salon business with a vibrant client base. He/ she will hold You hold the key to the overall success of our business, helping drive revenue and controlling costs to ensure that we reach and exceed our targets. Responsibilities

• Drive salon performance, ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met and exceeded.
• Ensure that the day to day running of the salon is professional, on brand and meets the Beauty for less "Client Care Platinum Standard.
• Demonstrate strong management and leadership skills and being able to motivate staff to achieve their targets.
• Drive staff to promote sales of products and services, ensuring targets are met and knowledgeable aftercare advice is given.
• Create a happy work environment for staff to thrive in line with the company work culture.
• Liaise with our Operations teams to devise strategies that will continually grow your client base and ensure the overall success of the business.
• Develop, coach and mentor the team to achieve their full potential, whilst at the same time actively supporting them throughout their career development path with Beauty For less.
• Oversee the daily salon operations, hire and train beauticians, nail Technician, Hair stylist, Hair colourist, treatment Beautician and other roles for the salon as needed.
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty salon station.
• Maintain staff records, including salaries, work schedule and attendance.

Qualification

• Recognised degree/diploma/certification in beauty from a recognised and reputable establishment.
• Articulate and passionate about customer service.
• Good communicator and able to write in English fluently.
• Active listener, problem solver, organiser and multitasker.
• Proficiency with computers with the confidence to learn new systems quickly.
• 4 years of experience in a salon/ beauty with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial/ senior beauty role in the UAE market.
• Well groomed and a role model for staff and customers alike.

Beauty for Less/ UAE/ Motor City Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
