Saloon Manager (Female preferably) with UAE experience, you will be responsible for maximizing your sales team potential, crafting sales plans and planning effectively, and presenting plans to the upper management. You are driven to achieve your targets and you can work well independently. Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items Competitor and customer insights analysis Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales Must possess excellent knowledge of the UAE market and Dubai in particular. The candidate is expected to hit the ground running and make use of their existing database. Preference will be given to candidates that can start immediately or have short notice periods. Sales candidates with Hospitality, Conferencing, and nice background are preferred and should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the local market with a proven successful track record of meeting targets regularly Manage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements Identify customer's needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
