Job description Ashtamudi Wellness Beauty Salon is looking for a strong and capable female candidate to lead on and manage all operations of our Dubai branch. She should be able to manage and oversee the implementations and compliances with Ashtamudi Wellness Beauty Salon's Policies, procedures and system. - MBA Graduates required
- strong verbal and written communication skill ( English, Hindi, Malayalam)
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skill
- Experience in working in multicultural environment is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry as manager role.
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day activities of Ashtamudi Wellness
- Monitor employee activities and provide guidance where needed
- Organize/liaise with technical staff/materials orders/maintain stores/ equipment
- Excellent work ethic, strong leadership qualities, and a focused team player are critical attributes
- Strong people management, and good computer skills in Excel, and Word are prerequisites.
- Manage the Stock control system
- Ability to work in a multicultural team and appreciation of other cultures & values.
- Oversee performance evaluation of each branch.
- Having good time management skills
- Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
