Maintain high standard of hygiene and personal grooming standards of all employees. Shall be responsible for attendance and timing of all staff.
Oversee daily salon & spa operations
Schedule guest appointments.
Maintain client databases and maintain client information or service records.
Arrange and coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency.
Perform accounting duties, such as recording daily cash flow, preparing bank deposits, or generating financial statements. Maintain financial or account records.
Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
Plan, develop and direct salon and spa services and programs.
Develop, plan or implement marketing strategies.
Sell products, services, or memberships.
Receive payments from clients and track all transactions.
Recruit, interview, or hire employees. Verify staff credentials, such as educational and certification requirements.
Assess and evaluate employee performance and suggest ways to improve work.
Take lead in the inventory of products and order new supplies.
Ensure to maintain supply or equipment inventories including ordering of materials, supplies, or equipment.
Establish spa budgets and financial goals. Shall provide Sales Report on regular basis.
Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
Train service staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities.
Participate in continuing education classes to maintain current knowledge of industry. Maintain professional knowledge or certifications.
Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning. Inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning. Direct facility maintenance or repair if required.
Schedule staff or supervise scheduling. Assign duties or work schedules to employees.
Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement.
Resolve problems, issues and concern related to operations
Perform any other duties as directed by the owner or the owner's representative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Degree or Equivalent
Proven experience managing a salon.
Proficient in all microsoft office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proven experience in managing teams
