Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage appointments and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
Handle phone inquiries and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and ordering as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area for clients and staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous receptionist experience in the UAE (preferably in a salon or related field).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience in assisting with inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
