Responsibilities:
Assist the Salon Owner in driving business growth through lead generation, partnerships, and strategic planning.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including collaborations with residential communities, corporate offices, and events.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings and customer retention.
Manage client communications, inquiries, and feedback to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
Track daily sales, analyze trends, and provide reports and insights to optimize performance.
Oversee scheduling of home service appointments and manage logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support promotional campaigns, social media efforts, and seasonal offers to boost visibility and revenue.
Requirements:
Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service--preferably in the beauty, wellness, or home service sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools or salon software is a plus.
