As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the salon, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and business performance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of nail technicians and front desk staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and supplies
Monitor and drive branch performance (KPIs, sales, client retention)
Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times
Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with head office on staffing, reporting, and marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (salon/spa/hospitality background preferred)
