Duties

Assist stylists an with various tasks to ensure efficient salon operations Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries Support in-store management by maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the salon Perform hair wash, treatments and blowdrys Upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction Communicate effectively with both clients and team members to foster a positive salon atmosphere

Requirements

Previous experience in store management or a similar role is advantageous Knowledge of hair techniques is preferred but not essential Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour Experience in front desk operations within a salon or beauty environment is beneficial Proven upselling skills to promote products and services effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members
