Dar Almas Beauty Salon is looking for an energetic and confident individual to join our team as a salon assistant with a special focus on promoting our services, distributing flyers, engaging with potential customers, and bringing them to the salon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for beauty and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribute flyers in designated areas to promote salon services and packages.
Approach and engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Clearly explain our service packages, offers, and promotions to interested individuals.
Encourage walk-ins and bring customers to the salon for services.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the salon in a professional manner at all times.
Provide basic information about the salon's services if required.
Collaborate with the in-house team to report daily outreach and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently talk to strangers and promote services.
Presentable and friendly appearance.
Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or the beauty industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be able to work outdoors and on foot for flyer distribution.
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
